Privacy for Business Seller Requests
This policy explains the information collected when you use the request forms and how it supports a business valuation referral.
Information you submit
Forms collect your name, email, business name, industry, annual revenue range, and state. A phone number is optional on the main form and required in the valuation popup.
The submitted page and site are included with the request. The lead system uses a keyed hash of the visitor IP address for rate limiting instead of storing that raw address with the lead.
How requests are used and shared
We use submitted information to process your inquiry and pass it to one independent business valuation partner. The partner may contact you about value and a possible sale.
We may receive a referral fee. Do not submit banking details, employee records, tax returns, passwords, or other sensitive documents in these forms.
Website operation
The site uses Cloudflare hosting and may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site visits. Google Fonts supplies typefaces and may receive connection information when fonts load.
The valuation popup uses browser session storage to avoid repeatedly showing it during a visit. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.
Questions and corrections
Use the contact page to request a correction, ask about submitted information, or ask us to stop referral contact. Identify the email used in your earlier request.
Records may be retained to handle requests, prevent abuse, maintain backups, and meet applicable obligations. Privacy questions do not require you to purchase a service.
